ORDINANCE NO. 61 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PRE ZONING
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65859
AND ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 9-4.3209
The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does ordain as follows:
SECTION'~ That certain zoning map of the City of Arroyo Grande referred
to in Section .302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that
the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon shall be
the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the map~~ hereto, and
by this reference incorporated herein, which map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 61 C.S. OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" and all notations and references shown thereon shall be
as much a part of this ordinance as. if the matters shown on said map were all fully
described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the property shown
therein from and after the effective date of the annexation of said property to the
City of Arroyo Grande. The properties intended to be prezoned and the zoning
accomplished hereby are described as follows:
Lot 7, as laid down and designated on a certain map entitled "Map
of the Resubdivisions of a part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra",
Pismo and Bo1sa de Chemisa1, San Luis Obispo County, California.
The property of E. W. Steele, Esq., surveyed by R. R. Harris,
November, 1885, a copy of which map is on file in the office of
the County Recorder of said county.
Excepting therefrom that certain parcel of land conveyed to Bertha
F. Wilkinson by deed recorded in Book 54 of Deeds page 631.
And further excepting therefrom that certain parcel of land conveyed
to Umb1ino J. Winslow et a1 by deed recorded in Book 878 page 396
of official records.
Said property is prezoned R-l and is hereby zoned R-l to become effective
upon annexation of said property to the City of Arroyo Grande, ~uanr to Arroyo
Grande Municipal Code Section 9-4.3209.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be pub1i1hed once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon
in the Five Cities T~s-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Councilwoman Thgmpson, 'seco!1dedby Councilman Wood and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted this 9th day of November, 1971.
