ORDINANCE NO. 57 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 0F TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302
of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that the zones and bounda-
ries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the
zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached her~to, and by
this reference incorporated herein, which Map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 57 C.S. OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shown there,on
shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map
were all fully described herein, and the Districts andz~>n,es and boun.~ari~s of
the property shown therein from and after the effective date Qf the adopt~onof
this Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the
zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
That portion of Lot 19 of Steele's Resubdivision of a part of 'the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded
November 24, 1886 in Book A, Page 63 of Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at a post marked S. 60 at the most Southerly corner of said Lot
19; thence North 32%0 West along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 19,
8.74 chains to a point in the Arroyo Grande Creek; thence South 810 East
2.90 chains; thence South 32%0 East 7.03 chains to ,the Northerly line of
Myrtle Street; thence South 57%0 West along said Northerly liae 2.18 chains
to the PGiat of beginniB$.

On motion of Councilman Talley, seconded by Councilman Wood and
