"~ ORDINANCE NO. 34 C.So AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION 0302 OF TITLE 9 CHAPTER 4 OF THE .MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS, SECTION 1, That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows: The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", referred to in Section .302 of Title 9 Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorp- orated herein, which Map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 34 C.g. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said Map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully described herein, and the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be re-zoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows, All that part of Lot 54 of the Resubdivisions of a part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, as surveyed by R. R. Harris in November 1885, according to map filed for record November 24, 1886, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point: on the Northwesterly line of said Lot which is South 840 30' West 72.33 feet from the most Northerly corner thereof; thence South 330 10' East to the Southeasterly line of said Lot; thence North 800 West along said Southeasterly line to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 54; thence Northwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 54 to the Northwest corner thereof; thence North 840 30' East along said Northwesterly line 122 feet to the point of beginning. Said property is rezoned from R-l, Residential District, to P-M, Planned Industrial. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon, in the Five C~ties Times-Press-Recorder. On motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by Councilman Talley and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES, Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and .
