ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REPEALING
SECTION 9-5.03 F OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 5, OF THE
ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO EXEMPT-
ING SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS FROM THE UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT PROVISIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-5.03 F of Title 9, Chapter 5, of the Arroyo
Grande Municipal Code, relating to exempting single
family dwellings from the underground utility district
provisions is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordina,n,,:e shall, }:e in full force and effect
thirty (3D) days after its passage, and within fifteen
(15) days after its passage it shall be pbblished once,
