ORDINANCE NO. 13 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY' OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY' OF ARROYO
GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .303 OF TITLE 9
CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL COD! SO AS TO RE-ZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO pRANDE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That certain Ordinance known as "ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewit11 amended
as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRAND!," referred
to in Section .303 10f Title 9 Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code
is amended so that t11e zones and boundaries of certain Districts
shown therein and thereon are chang.d so as to be the zones and
boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto,
and by this reference incorporated herein, which Map is entitled
"A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13 C. S . OF 'l'HB CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE",
and said Map and all notations and references shown thereon
shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters
shown on said Map were all fully described herein, and the
Districts and zones and boundaries of the propert~ shoWn t11ere-
in from and after t11e effective date of the adoption of this
Ordinance. The properties intended to be re-zoned and the
changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are descr1bed as
follows:
All that land as shown on Parcel Map recorded the
26th day of June, 1967, in Book 2 of Parcel Maps
at Page 14, records of said County.
It is proposed that the above described property be
re-zoned as follows:
Parcell, Parcel 2 and Parcel 3, as shown on said map
be re-zoned from RA-B3 property to R-l property.
Parcel 4 as shown on said map be re-zoned from RA-B3
property to SS property.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen
(15) days after its passage it shall be published once, to-
gether with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon in the
Arroyo Grande Herald-Recorder.
On motion of Councilwoman Thompson, seconded by
Councilman Levine and on the following roll call vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilman Levine, Schlegel, Burt
and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this 22nd day of August,
1967.
