AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 8, TITLE 8 OF THE ARROYO GRANDE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIRE ZONES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 8 of Title 8 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code
,relating to fire zones is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 8-8.01 Fire Zone Number Three
All land contained in, or hereafter annexed to the
said City of Arroyo Grande shall be, and is hereby declared
to constitute Fire Zone Number Three, which is hereby adopted
as the fire zoning for the application of regulations includ-
ed in the Uniform Building Codes, Vol. I, II, III, 1967
Editions including all appendixes except Chapter 70 - Vol. r.
SECTION 8-8.02
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage and within fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be published once, together with
the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Arroyo
Grande Herald-Recorder.
On motion of Councilman Burt, seconded by Councilman Levine,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Levine, Schlegel,
Burt and Mayor Wood
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 31st day of May,
1967,
