RESOLUTION NO. 3245 [
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DEClARING ITEMS TO BE
PLACeD ON A SURPLUS LIST AND REQUESTING
AUTHORIZATION FOR SAlE TO LOCAL AGENCIES
OR PRIVATE PARTIES AT PUBLIC AUCTION
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has certain vehides and equipment which are
no longer used; and
WHEREAS, the equipment can be cfassified as surplus property and made available for
sale to local agencies or private parties at public auction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
HEREBY RESOLVES that the current vehicles and equipment as depictedcn Attachment
-A- be dedared surplus.
On motion of Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member
