ORDINANCE NO. 213 '"" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, DEFINING AND DESCRIBING ALL FIRE ZONES IN SAID CITY The City Counc1j of the City of Arroyo Grande, Cal ifornia does. ordain as follows: SECTION I. Fire Zone Number One. The following described land shall be, and is hereby, declared to constitute Fire Zone Number One: All land in said City of Arroyo Grande that is now, or is hereafter, classified and zoned as C-I, Retail Commercial; C-Z, General Commercial; H-S, Highway Commercial; and M, Industrial Districts, by the "Precise Zoning Plan of the City of Arroyo Grande." SECTION 2. Fire Zone Number Two. The following land shall be and is hereby de- clared to constitute Fire Zone Number Two: All land in said City of Arroyo Grande that is now, or is hereafter, classified and zoned as P.C., Professional Commercial District, by the "Precise Zoning Plan for the City of Arroyo Grande." SECTION 3. Fire Zone Number Three. All land contained in, or hereafter annexed to the said City of Arroyo Grande not described in Fire Zones Number One or Two, shall be, and is hereby declared to constitute Fire Zone Number Three. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after Its final passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published once in the Arroyo Grande Herald- Recorder, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Arroyo Grande.
