AMENDING o.RDINANCE NO. 157 OF THE CITY OF
ARRo.yo. GRANDE, So. AS TO. RE~ZONE CERTAIN
PRo.PERTY IN THE CITY o.F ARROYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS

Arroyo Grande, said o.rdinance being known as '"THE ZONING ORDINANCE
o.F THE CITY o.F ARRo.yo. GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows,
The "Zo.NING MAP o.F THE CITY o.F ARROYO. GRANDE" ,referred to in
said Section 3.2 of o.rdinance No. 157 is amended so that the zones
and boundaries of certain of the Districts shown therein and thereon
are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and de-
signated on the Map attached hereto, and by reference incorporated
herein, which map is entitled"A SECTIo.N OF THE ZONING MAP o.F THE
CITY o.F ARRo.yo. GRANDE, AMENDED BY o.RDINANCE NO. 208 , OF THE CITY
o.F ARRo.yo. GRANDE", and said map and all notations and references
shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the
matters shown on said Map were all fully described herein, and the
Districts and Zones and Boundaries as shown on the Map attached
hereto shall be the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of the prop-
erty shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption
of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be He-Zoned and the
changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows,
to-wit,
The following parcels of real property located in the City of
Arroyo Grande, and particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1. R-l to R-3D
Beginning at a point on the east line of Elm Street and the
south line of a 14 foot right-of~way as shown on Book 10 Page 71
of Licenaed Surveys and running south 0.03'37" west 6.00 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence south 87010' east 83.01 feet;
thence south 79018' east 57.90 feet; L~ence south 21'09' west
137.01 feet to the north line of Cypress Lane (Sunset Drive);
thence North 6S051'02" west 97.02 feet along said northerly line
to the east line of Elm Street; thence north 0003'37" east 107.63
feet more or less along the said east line of Elm Street to the
true point of beginning.
PARCEL 2. R-I to C-I
Beginning at a point on the east line of Elm Street and the
south line of a 14 foot right-of-way as shown on Book lQ Page 11
of Licensed Surveys and running thence SOUtll 0003'37" west 6.00
feet along said east line; thence south 87010' east 83.01 feet;
thence south 7901S'east 57.90 feet; thence south 21009' west
37.01 feet1 thence south 6S'51 '02" east 111.91 feet; t-I'tence north
21006'05" east 65.16 feet; thence north 68'55' west 70.00 feet;
thence north 790IS' west 90.97 feet1 thence north 9'28' east 2.00
feet; thence north 87010' west 100.00 feet, to the east line of
Elm Street; thence south 003'37" west along said east line to the
point of beginning.
Said property is re-zoned from "R-l" property to ''R,03D'' prop-
erty and "R-l" property to "C-l" property.
SECTIo.N 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be pUblished once, together with the
names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Arroyo Grande Her.ald
