AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 157 OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ,ARROYO GRANDE 0
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS,

That pertion of Lot 109 of the Subd~vision of
the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa
de Chemisal, subdivided by Jas T. Stratton
in 1873, in the county of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map filed
for record in t..'1e office of the County Record-
er of said County described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said
Lot 109, distant thereon north 635089 feet
from the southwest corner thereof; said point
of beginning being the southwest corner of the
property conveyed to Addison Bo Woodg e't al.,
by deed dated June 3, 1958 and recorded June
25, 1958 in Book 946, at page 27 of Official
Records; thence along the southerly line of
the property so conveyed, east 200 feet and
north 25 feet to the southerly line of the
property conveyed to James E. Krovicus et ux.,
by deed dated August 14, 1963 and recorded
December 19, 1963 in Book 1275, at page 434
of Official Records; thence west along said
southerly line 49 feet to the southwest corner
thereof; thence north along the west line of
the property so conveyed 44.72 feet to the
south corner common to Lots 2 and 3, in Block
3 of Tract No. 131, according to map recorded
February 8, 1959, in Book 6, at page 11 of
Maps; thence westerly along the southerly
line of Lots 2 and I in said Block 3, 151 feeL
