AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY' OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 157 OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, SO AS TO HE-ZONE CERTAiN
PROPERTY IN THE ,CITY OF A~OYO GRANDE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of
ArrOYo Grande, said Ordinance being known as "THE, ZONING ORDIN-
ANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as follows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in
said Section 3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 is amended so that the zones
and boundaries of certain of the Districts shown therein",and there-
on are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and
designated on the Map attached hereto, and by reference incorpor-
ated herein, which map is entitled " A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, A8~ED BY ORDINANCE NO. , OF
THE CJ;TY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said map and all notations and
references shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance
as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully described here-
in, and the Districts and Zones and Boundaries as shown on the Map
attached hereto shall be the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of
the property shown therein from and after the effective date of
the adoption of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be re-
zoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished hereby are des-
cribed as follows, to-wit:
The following parcels of real property located in the City of
Arroyo Grande, and particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 15 of the Folsom Tract in
the City of ArrOyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on map
recorded in Book "Bill, page 75 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:

Beginning at a monument in the centerline of
Elm Street at the northerly line of Grand Ave.,
as said avenue and street are shown on the map
of Tract No. 161, recorded in Book 6, page 28,
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said County; thence along centerline of said
Elm Street north 3014'05" east, a distance of
140.00 feet to a point; thence north 86045'
west, a distance of 30.00 feet to a 3/4 inch
iron pipe; said point being the true point of
beginning; thence along the westerly line of
Elm Street north 3014 '05" east, a distance of
135.00 feet to a 2"x2" stake; thence north 860
45' west, a distance of 130.00 feet to a 2 inch
iron pipe; thence south 3014'05" west, a dis~
tance of 135.00 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe;
thence wouth 86045' east, a distance of 130.00
feet to the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from a IIR-llI
property to "R-3" property.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be published once, together with the
names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Arroyo Grande
Herald-Recorder.
