THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLImS:

SEC'1'ION 1. Section 3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Arroyo Grande, i
sdd Ordinance being known as "THE ZONING ORDINANCE (]f! THE CITY CP ARROYO GRANDE" I
is herewith amended as follows I
The "ZONI93 MAP CJE! THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in said Section
3.2 of OrdinatJ.ce No. 157 is amended so thBt the zones and boundaries of certain of
the Districta shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and
boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by reference
incorporated herein, which map is entilted "A SECTION OF THE ZONIIITG MAP CJE! THE
CITY CJE! ARROYO GRANDE. AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 187. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE".
and said map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part (
of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully described
herein, and the Districts and Zones and Boundaries as shown on the Map attached
hereto shall be the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of the property shown
therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance. The
properties intended to be Re-Zoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished here-
by are described as follows, to_it:
The following parcels of real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
aDd particularly described as follows:
Tract No. 283, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California.
Said property is re-zoned from "RA-B3" property to "It-l" property.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in
the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder.
On motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by Councilman McNeil .
and on the following roll call vote, to_it:
AYES: CO\1nci~n McMillen, Wood, McNeil, Jacoba and Mayor Burt.

the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this 14th day of January , 19 64.
