OODINANCE NO. 185
AN ORDINANCE OF mE Clft OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 157 OF TIlE CITY OF
, ARROYO GRANDE, SO AS TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLCMS:
SECTION 1. Section 3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of ArrCtyo Grande,
said Ordinance being known as ''TI1E ZONING ORDINANCE 00 TIlE CITY CF ARROYO GRANDE"
is herewith amended as follOws:
The "ZONING MAP 00 TIlE CIn' OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in said Section
3.2 of Ordinance No. 157 is amended so that the zones and boundaries of certain of
the Districts shown therein and thereon are changed so as to be the zones and
boundaries as shown and designated on the Map attached hereto, and by reference
incorporated herein, which map is entilted "A SECTION OF THE ZONlBG MAP CF THE
CITY 00 ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.~, OF TIlE CITY 00 ARROYO GRANDE",
and said map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part (
of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were all fully described
herein. and the Diatricts and Zones and Boundaries as shown on the Map sttached
hereto shall be the Districts and Zones and Boundaries of the property shown
therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance. The
properties intended to be Re-Zoned and the c:hanges in the zoning accomplished here-
by are described as follows, to_it:
The following parcels of real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
aDd particularlY described as follqws:
Lot 10 of the Resubdivisi0n of a part of the Rancho Corral de
Piedra Pismo and Bolsa de Ch~isal, as surveyed by R.R. Harris
in November 1885 in the County of San L'lis Obispo, State of
california, according to map recorded ~ovember 24, 1886 in I
book A page 63 of Maps, in the C'ffice of 1:.'1.e County Recorder
of said County. I
EXCEPT therefrom that portion of said land descr!~ad as follows: I
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Huasna Road I
which is North 630 40' west 26.34 feet: along the northeasterly I

10, and South 440 west: 125 feet: along the north",esterly line
of said Huasna Road, thence North 630 40' West 175 feet: to a
point, thence South 440 West 125 feet: to a point: thence South

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (1S) days after its passage it shall
be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in
the Ax'royo Grande Herald Recorder.
