ORDINANCE NO~ 163
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as follows:
SECTION 1.
The hereinafter described parcel of real property designated as
"VALLEY ROAD NO.2" , being uninhabited
territory within the provisions of Section 35303 of the Government
Code of the State of California, contiguous to the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, be and the
same is herewith annexed to the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of california. said property is described

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in effect thirty (30) days after its
passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it sha 11
be published once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, together
with the names of the Councilmen voting for and against the same.
On motion of Counci.1 man Lee , seconded by
Counci 1man Wood , and on the following roll call vote,
