PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE

Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as follows:
SECTION I
The hereinafter described parcel of real property designated
as "FAIR OAKS NO. 26", being uninhabited territory within the
provisions of Section 35303 of the Government Code of the State
,of California, contiguous to the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, be and the same is

herewith annexed to the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
LUis Obispo, State of ,California, said property is described as

All that land contiguous to the City of Arroyo Grande, in the
County of San Luis Obispo. State of California included within
the following described exterior boundaries:,
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Brisco Road which
said point bears North 560 50' East a distance of 780.85 feet
from the intersection of said Southerly line with the Northerly
line of Grand Avenue; thence South 330 10' East along the
Southwesterly line of the property conveyed L. Newman et ux by
deed recorded March 20, 1959 in Volume 989 at page 380 Official
Records of said County, a distance of 328.73 feet to the South-
westerly corner thereof; thence North 560 50' East along the
Southeasterly line of said property a distance of 66.25 feet to

along the Northeasterly line of said property a distance of
328.73 feet to the Northeasterly corner thereof on the Southerly

SECTION 2:
This Ordinance shall be in effect thirty (30) days after
its passage and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it
shall be published once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder,
a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of
Arroyo Grande, together with the names of the councilmen voting
for and against the same.
On Motion of Councilman Lee , seconded by
Councilman Pence , and on the following roll-call
vote, to-wit:
