AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO~, ENTITLED" AN ORDINANCE
REQUIRING CHEST X-RAYS OF FOOD HANDLERS IN THE CITY
OF~OYO GRANDE AS AN EVIDENCE OF FREEDOM FROM ACTIVE
PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF .".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 9~ , entitled "An Ordinance
Requiring Chest X-Rays of Food Handlers in the City of Arroyo
Grande as and Evidence of Freedom from Active Pulmonary
Tuberculosis and Providing Penalties for the Violation thereof.",
passed and adopted the .~J)~ day of /)~f'A:.? , 19 ~9 ,
is herwith repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty (30) days after its passage and within fifteen
(IS) days after its passage it sha11 be published once in the Arroyo
Grande Herald-Recorder, a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Arroyo Grande, together with the nal1'es of the
Councilmen voting for and against it.
