I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 95 OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE The City Co~ncil of the City of Arroyo Grande does or- dain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95 of the City of Arroyo Grande, which Ordinance is entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Establishment of Zones in the City of Arroyo Grande, california and Regulating the Uses of Property Therein, Adopting a Map Showing Said Zones, Defining the Terms Used in this Ordinance, Pro- viding for its Adjustment, Enforcement, and Amendment, Prescribing Penalties for Violations and Repealing Any Ordinance or Portions of Ordinances in Conflict Herewith", which said Ordinance was passed and adopted the 6th day of J~ly, 1949, and which Ordinance is generally known as the "Zoning Ordinance", is herewith amended as follows: The "Zoning Plan Map" referred to in said Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95 is amended and the zones and boundaries shown and designated thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries shown and designated on the map attached hereto, and by reference incorporated herein, which said Map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ARROYO GRANDE ZONING PLAN MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 95, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. , OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE," and said map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as m~ch a part of this Ordinance as if the matters set forth by said map were all fully described herein. The property intended to be re-zoned and the changes in zoning accom- plished hereby is described as follows, to-wit: . All of the properties therein designated which it is proposed to change the classification of are located in the Town of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo. All that part of Block 53 and of Ramona Avenue of the Town of Grover, according to map of said town drawn by ~ Lundquist and filed for record November 2~ 1892, in. the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as a whole as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Block 53, which is South 3io West 651.8 feet from the Northeast corner of Block 49 of the Town of Grover, said point being the Southeast corner of the property conveyed to H. E. Buss, a single man, by deed dated January 9, 1940 and recorded in Book 210, at page 139 of Official Records; thence South 3io west along the East line of said Block 53, and the extension thereof across Ramona Avenue 366.8 feet to the Northeast corner of Block 84; thence North 86 3/4? West along the ntr th line of said Block 84 and the extension thereof 335 feet; thence North 3io East across Ramona Avenue and along the West line of the East half of said Block 53, 366.8 feet to the Southwest corner of the property con- veyed to H. E. Buss, as aforesaid; thence South 86 3/40 East along the South line of the property 50 conveyed 335 feet to the point of beginning. Block 84 of the Town of Grover, according to map of said Town drawn by A. Lundquist and filed for record November 23, 1892, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. It is proposed that the classification of said pro- perty be changed from R-l zone to C-2 zone. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once, together with the names of the Councilmen voting thereon, in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Arroyo Grande, california.
