ORUINANCE NO. /.1/1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE MIENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 95 OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does or. dain as follows: SEC TroN 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95 of the City of Arroyo Grande, which Ordinance is entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the Establishment of Zones in the City of Arroyo Grande, California and Regulating the Uses of Property Therein, Adopting a Map Showing Said Zones, Defining the Terms Used in this Ordinance, Pro- viding for its Adjustment, Enforcement, alII Amendment, Prescribing Penalties for Violations and Repealing Any Drdinance or Portions of Ordinances in Conflict Herewi th", which said Ordinance was passed and adopted the 6th day of July, 1949, and which Ordinance is generally known as the "Zoning Ordinance", is herewith amended as follows: The "Zoning Plan Map" referred to in said Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95 is amended and the zones and boundaries shown and designated thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries shown and designated on the map attached hereto, and by reference incorporated hEr ein, which said JIap is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ARROYO GIMNDE ZONI~ PLAN MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 95, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. , OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE," and said map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters set forth by said map were all fully described herein. The property intended to be re.zoned and the changes in zoning accom_ plished hereby is described as follows, to.wit: %7dd&J~~ Grande, California. All that real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows: That portion of Lots 46, 47 and 48 of the Jones Tract, according to map thereof filed in Book 3 of Maps, page 86, records of San Luis Obispo County, which are oulside the California State Highway-U.S. 101 right-of-way lines. It is proposed that the classification of said property be changed from "R-3" zone to "C-2" zone. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be publIshed once, together with the names of the Councilman votIng thereon, In the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, anewspaper of general circulation, printed and pUblished in the City of Arroyo Grande, Ca11fornia.
