AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING
FOR TIfE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORIES
TO THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Co~nci1 of the City of Arroyo Grande,
Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California:
Section 1. The hereinafter described parcel of real property
designated as "!:<'AIR OAKS NO. 17", being ~ninhabited Territory within
the provisions of Section 35303 of the Government Code of the State
of California, contig~o~s to the City of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San
L~is Obispo, State of California, be and the same is herewith annexeJ
to the C~ty of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of
California. Said property is described as follows, to_w it:

All that land contiguous to the City of Arroyo Grande, in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California included within the
exterior boundary described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Hillcrest Drive
as shown on the Map of Tract NO. 46, according to the Map thereof
recorded in Book 5 of Maps at page 64, said point also being the
most Westerly corner of Lot 4 of Block 6 said Tract 46, thence,
North 320 12' East a distance of 172.50 feet to the Southwesterly
ctprner of the property conveyed S.J. Horner et uxby deed recorded
in Volume 538 of Official Records at page 520, thence South 570 48'
East along the Southwesterly line of the property so conveyed a

to the City of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San L~is Obispo, State of

Lots 7, 6, and 5 of said Block 7 a distance of 592.95 feet to the

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect thirty (30) days
after its passage and within fifteen (15) days thereafter shall be
published once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, a newspaper
printed, published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, to-
gether with the names of the Councilman voting for and against the
same.
