BE IT ORDAINED by the City Co~nci1 of the City of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California: Section 1. The hereinafter described parcel of real property designated as "!:<'AIR OAKS NO. 17", being ~ninhabited Territory within the provisions of Section 35303 of the Government Code of the State of California, contig~o~s to the City of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San L~is Obispo, State of California, be and the same is herewith annexeJ to the C~ty of Arroyo Grande, Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
