AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARI~OYO GRANDE AlVIENDING SECTION
4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 95 Of<' THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
The City Co~ncil of the City of Arroyo Grande does ordain as follows~
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 95 of the City of
Arroyo Grande, which Ordinance is entitled "An Ordinance Providing
for the Establishment of Zones in the City of Arroyo Grande, ':;alif -
ornia and Reg~lating the Uses of Property Therein, Adopting a Map
Showing Said Zones, Defining the Terms Used in this Ordinance,
Providing for its Adj~stment, Enforcement, and Amendment, Prescribing
Penalties for Violations and Repealing Any Ordinance or Portions of
Ordinances in Conflict Herewith", which said Ordinance was passed
and adopted the 6th day of J~ly, 1949, and which Ordinance is
generally known as the "Zoning Ordinance", is herewith amended as
follows:
The "Zoning Plan Hap" referred to in said Section 4 of Ordinance
J.~o . 95 is amended and the zones and bo~ndaries shown and designated
thereon are changed so as to be the zones and bo~ndaries shown and
designated on the map attached hereto, and by reference incorporated
herein, which said }fap is entitled "A SECTION OF THE AR.'i:OYO GP.ANDE
ZONING PLAN MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 95, AJ1ENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. ,
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said map and all nota hons and
references shown thereon shall be as m~ch a part of this Ordinance
as if the matters set forth by said map were all f~lly described
herein. The property intended to be re_zoned and the changes in
zoning accomplished hereby is described as follows, to-wit:

That property located in the Western Addition to the City of
Arroyo Grande, COl1nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California, accord-
ing to map thereof filed for record in Book B of Haps, at page 10, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, and consisting of Lots
1 through 10 in Block 14 thereof.
Said Lots are changed from "R-l" classification to "C-2" classifi-
cation.

SEC nON 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be p~blished once, together with the names of the
Co~ncilmen voting thereon, in the Arroyo Grande Herald_Recorder,
a newspaper of general circ~lation, printed and p~blished in the
City of Arroyo Grande, California.
