RESOLUTION NO. 3235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A STIPEND PROGRAM FOR
FIRE VOLUNTEERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande (IICityll) deems it in the
best interest of the City and its fire volunteers that a monthly stipend be fixed as
hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVeD by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that:
1. Fire volunteers shall receive stipends as designated on Exhibit II A II attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, said stipends to be effective
for the pay period beginning July 1, 1997;
2. The terms of this Resolution shall become effective July 1, 1997;
3. All resolutions, regulations, and orders that. are inconsistent herewith,
including, but not limited to, Resolution No. 3111, are hereby repealed.
On motion of Council Member Lady, seconded by Council Member Fuller, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lady, Fuller, Tolley, Runels, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of June , 1997.
