ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF'ARROYO GRANDE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Co~ncil of the City of
Arroyo Grande, State of California, Co~nty of San L~is Obispo,
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described parcel of real
property designated as "FAIR OAKS NO.6" being ~ninhabited i
territory~thin the provisions of Section 35303 of the Government
Code of the State of California, and contig~o~s to the City of
Arrqyo Grande, Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
be and the same is herewith annexed to the City of Arroyo Grande,
Co~nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said property
is described as fOllows,to wit:
All that land contiguous to the City of Arroyo
Grande, in the COunty of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, included within the exterior boundary
described as follows:
Beginning at Post G-10 on the City Limits of the
City of Arroyo Grande at the Northwest corner of
lot 7 of the Folsom Tract according to the map there -
of recorded in Book B of Maps at page 75, Records
of San Luis Obispo County; thence following along
said City limits South 680 28' East a distance of
165.00 feet; thence South 210 08' West a distance
of 506.80 feet to a point on the Northerly line of
Grand Avenue; thence across Grand Avenue at right
angles to a point on the Southerly line of said
Grand Av.nue; thence Easterly along the said
Southerly line of Grand Avenue to a point which is
located South 680 55' East a distance of 180.20
feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of the said
Folsom Traot; the'nce South 210 18' West a distance
of 166.30 feet; thence North 680 55' West a distance
of 256.40 feet; thence North 210 18' East a distance
of 16.30 feet; thence North 680 55' West a distance
of 136.20 feet; thence South 210 18' West a distance
of 66.60 feet; thence North 680 55' West a distance
of 171.80 feet to a point on the Westerly line of
Lot 10 of the said Folsom Tract; thence NDrth 210
18' East a distance of 216.60 feet to Post G-32
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence
across Grand Avenue to Post G-3l at the Southwest
corner of Lot 9 of said Folsom Tract; thence South
680 55' East along the Northerly line of Grand Aven~e
to its intersection with the said City Limits line;

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published with the names of the members voting for
and against the same at least once in the Arroyo Grande Herald-
Recorder, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Arroyo Grande.
