O 117 /" '~ f " - ORDINANCE NO. 117 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRAIDE OONSENTING TO A PORTION OF HALCYOR ROAD EBIIfG CONSTUul'JIiI.) A COUNTY HIGHWAY AID PART OF THE ROAD SYS!rEM OF THE COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO. The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does ordain as follows: 1. That portion of Halcyon Road, a public h1gbway in the City of Arroyo Grande, which is situated within the City Limits and which iaid portion is more specific- ally described hereinafter, having been by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of Oalifornia, on the 12th day of March, 1956, declared a County Highway and a part of the public road system of San Luis Obispo County, the said Ci ty Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does herewith consent to s814 port1on of sa1d road be- coming a County Highway and part of the public road system of San Luis Obispo County. 2. That portion of ~cyon Road above referred to is described as follows, to-w1t: All that part of Halcyon Road lying between the southerly l1ne of 1>od8O& Way an!! a point 240 feet northerly therefrom as sboWJl on Sub- division )(ap ot Tract Rp. 58 ,and all that part of Halycon Road ly1ng between the north- erly line of Fair Oak_Avenue &ad the south- erly line of Farrel Bo~ as shown on sub- division Jlap of Tract Wo. 45. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the passage and within 15 days after its passage shall be published, together with names of Counc1~n voting for and against the Ordinance 1n the HERALD RECORD, a newspaper printed and published 1n the City of Arroyo Grande.
