n CONFLICT THEREWITH.-
The City Council of the City of Arr,yo Grande does ordain
as fo11owss
Section 1. Sections 4 and 4A of Ordinance No. 86 of the
City of Arroyo Grande, entitled -An Ordinanoe of the City of
Arroyo Grande, Regulating Traffic Upon and On Parking of
Vehicles on the Public Streets of tbe City of Arroyo Grande,
Providing Penalty Tberefor and Repealing Ordinances in Conflict
Therewith,. passed and adopted the 5th day of February, 1947, is
bereby amended to read as followss
" Seotion 4. PARKING !DIE LDlITED.
Except on Sundays and BOlidays, the operater
of a vehicle shall not park suoh vehicle for a
period of time longer than one hundred twenty (120)
minutes on any of the following named streets, be-
tween the hours of 9 A~. and 6 P.X. Such streets
are as follows, to-wit:
Branch Street from the Easterly line of the
Xethodist Episcopal Churoh property to Hason
Street, Bridge Street from Brancb Street to the

Steel Bridge.. ' , 'j~
.Section 4A. The City Counoi1 may, from time to
time, limit or restrict the length of time for which
vehicles may be parked upon any streets, inoluding
those above-named, within theCity.fArroyo Grande.

Such limitations or restrictio~s may be effectuated

by resolution of the City Council specifying the
streets and the limitations and restrictions on
parking thereon."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen
(15) days from its passage shall be published once in the Hera1d-
Recorder, a newspaper printed and published in the City of
Arroyo Grande, together with the names of the Councilmen voting
thereon.
