AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, PROVIDING FOR
THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAlli 1)NINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as follows, to~wit:
Seotion 1. That the hereinafter described parcel of real property
'designated as "The Wood~Di tmore Addi;j;ion" being uninhabited, property and oon~
tiguous to the City of ~yo Grande, cOunty of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, be and the same is hereby amexed to the said City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis O()ispo, State of daJ.ifornia. Said real property is desoribed
as follows, to~wit:
Commenoing at the most Northerly oorner of Lot 7 in Blook 1, as
said Lot and Block are shown on that oertain map entitled, "Map
of Trllct No. S8, eto.," filed for reoord in the offioe of the
County Reoorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, in Volume
5 of Maps at page 75, and resuming thenoe S 68. 501 E, 441.32
feet; thenoe S 00 08' W, 125.17 feet; thence S 89052' E 176
feet to a point on the Westerly line of Halcyon Road; thenoe
oontinuing S 89.52' E, to a point on the Easterly line of said
Halcyon Road, said Easterly line of Halo;J5Jn Road being the West-
erly line of the City Limits of the City of Arroyo Grande; thenoe

City of Arroyo Grande.
