uninhabited property.and contiguous to the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San ~uis Obispo, Sta~e of California, be and ~he same is
hereby annexed ~o the said City of Arroyo Grande, Oounty of San
~uis Obispo, State of California. Said real property is described

Beginning at a point in th~ Southerly line of the City Limits
