CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REGULATING THE OPENING, CONDUCTING, AND
CAR~ING ON OF PUBLIC DANCES, PUBLIC DANCE HALLS AND DANCING
CLUBS IN THE CITY OF AH~OYO GHANDE', PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE
FIFTEENTH DAY OF MA~CH, 1933;" PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 7TH
DAY OF JUNE, 1933.

ordain as
follows:
Section!l:
City of Arroyo Grande do
Section 6(c) of Ordinance No. ~6 of
the City of Arroyo Grande entitled ,'An Ordinance of the City
of Arroyo Grande amending Ordinance No. 45, entitled 'An
Ordinance of the Oity of Arroyo Grande regulating the opening,
conducting and carrying on of public dances, public dance halls
and dancing clubs in the City of Arroyo Grande', passed and
adopted on the fifteenth day of March, 1933"; passed and adopted
the 7th day of June, 1933, is amended to read as follows:
6c. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation or dancin~ club to operate a public dance in the
City of Arroyo Grande after 12 o,clock midnite.
Section 2: This ordinance should take effect and
be in full force and effect thirty days after its final pass-
age, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published with ~e names o~ the members
voting for and agains~ the same at least once in the Arroyo Grande
Herald-Recorder, a newspaper of general circulation, published
and circulated in the said City of Arroyo Grande.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, this
