AN ORDINANCE A.'I!ENDING SECTION 25A OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 68 PASSED AND ADOPTED MAY 27, 1941.
The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does ordain
as follows I
SECTION 1. Section 25A of Ordinance No. 68, passed and I
adopted Uay 27, 1941, is hereby amended to read as follows I
"Section 25A. Every person, firm or corporation conducting
or holding public dances, shnll pay a license of Thirty Nine

SECTION 2. All ordLnances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith l11'e her:ob~r repealed.

the expiration of fifteen days after its passnge, it shall be

City of Arroyo Grande.
