ORDINANCE NO.~.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 of ORDINANCE NUMBER 21,
RELATING TO LICENSE TAXES/PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE FIFTH
DAY OF .MAY, 1915.
The City Council of the City of A:1:royo Grande does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section l3, of Ordinance Number '21 of the City ~ A:rroyo
Grande, providing for the collection of a license tax passed
and adopted on the 5th day of May, 1915, is here~ amended as
follows, to-wit:
Section 13. Every person, f1rm or corporation engaged in
the business of soliciting for a laundry or clothes cleaning
establishment, the principal place of business of which said
laundry or clothes cleaning establishment is outside of the
corporate limits of the City of Arroyo Grande, shall pay a i
license of Three Dollars ($3.00)~ per quarter. I
SECTION 2.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,
are here~ repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect thirty days after its final passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen days after its pasSage, it shall be pub-
lished with the names of the members voting, for and against the
same at least once in the Arroyo Grande Herald Recorder, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the
said City of A:1:royo Grande.

Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, this
