RESOLUTION NO. 321 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3197
WHEREAS, City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
("City") is duly authorized and existing under the laws of said State; and
WHEREAS, the City passed and adopted Resolution No. 3197 at its January 28, 1997
meeting authorizing the City to enter into a lease purchase financing with Municipal
Leasing Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined to expand the scope of said financing to include
the acquisition of a front end loader and a flat bed truck thus requiring an increase in
the total lease issuance from $508,500 to $601,500, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to amend Resolution No. 3197 to authorize an
increase in the lease issuance amount to $601,500 for including the property cited
above and with the understanding that all other approvals included in the Resolution
No. 3197 remain in effect.
On motion of Council Member Fuller, seconded by Council Member Runels,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Runels, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
