RESOLUTION NO. 3216
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING NEW FEES FOR MURAL
PERMITS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SIGN PROGRAM
WHEREAS, .the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has adQpted a new
sign ordinaf'ce; and (

WHEREAS, the new sign ordinance includes two new sign procedures which i

are mural permit and administrative sign program; and l
WHEREAS, the City Council duly establishes fees for services furnished by or
on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, City Council has considered at a regularly scheduled City Council
meeting the question of whether or not to adjust or establish fees for such services
to the estimated amount that is required ~o sufficiently compensate the City for
providing such services; and
WHEREAS, at said public meeting, the City Council considered all oral and
written presentations that w~e made in respect to said question.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
1. The fee for a mural permit shall be $120, and the fee for.an administrative sign
program shan be $120.
2. The new fees shan become effective immediately.
On motion by Council Member Fuller, seconded by Council Member Lady
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Lady, Tolley, Runels, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 8th day of April, 1997.
