SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12,2002

1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m. Council Members Runels and Lubin
and City Attorney Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
(Council Member Dickens arrived after Public Comment and prior to Closed Session.)
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
(Council Member Ferrara arrived at 6:30 p.m. during Item 3a.)
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957:
Title: City Manager
(City Manager Adams and Community Development Director Rob Strong arrived at
6:50 p.m. for Item 3b.)
b. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(b) involving one (1) potential case.
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that there was no reportable action from the Closed Session.
5. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
