SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, MAY 27,2003

1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m. Council Members RuneJs and Lubin,
City Manager Adams, Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Director Hernandez, Police Chief
TerBorch, Human Resources Manager Sisko, and City Attorney Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
(Council Member Costello arrived prior to Closed Session.)
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code
Section 54957.6:
Agency Negotiators: Rick TerBorch and Karen Sisko
Represented Employees: Service EmpJoyees Jntemational Union (SEIU) -

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
