RESOLUTION NO. 3193
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING ARl;HlTECTURAL REVIEW
CASE NO. 87-392 AMENDMENT NO.4; AT 360 MESQUITE LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 355 C.S. on May 19, 1987; and
WHEREAS;this Ordinance established the Royal Oaks Planned Development (p.D.); and r
WHEREAS, the City Council required Architectural Review for additions or remodels
to the exterior of the homes; an~ ' . .-
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the amendment for
Arc~itectural Review Case No. 87-392 at the December 17, 1996 meeting.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED approves the Architectural' Review Case No.
87-392 at 360 Mesquite Lane.
On motion of Council Member Fuller, seconded by Council Member Lady , and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Lady, Tolley, Rune1s, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT:- None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 14th day of January, 1997.
