This is a Public Workshop which may include quorums from the City Council and the
following City Advisory Bodies: Planning Commission, Traffic Commission, Parks and
Recreation Commission, Senior Advisory Commission, Architectural Review
Committee, and Downtown Parking Advisory Board. No formal action will be taken at
this Workshop.

1. PUBLIC WORKSHOP ON FUTURE LAND USES IN CITY'S SPHERE OF
INFLUENCE
Two workshops, one in the morning and one in the evening, will be held to solicit
additional community input on future potential/and uses in the existing sphere of
influence area south of the City along Route 101.
Members of the public wishing to provide input, comment, and suggestions may
do so during the course of the workshop.
