The City Councils of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, I and Pismo Beach will receive a presentation from Matrix Consulting Group regarding law enforcement issues. Councils and pre-designated citizen participants will then participate in small group break out sessions. I. Consultant Presentation 1. Background - history of prior efforts and results; current service delivery syste~; potential reasons for current interest in resource sharing 2. How joint service delivery has been implemented elseWhere - organizational consolidation, functional consolidation, communications and other support services. 3.
