SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Mayor DougaU called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M. Council Members Runels, Fuller,
Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PIJBLIC COMlVffiNT:
None.
2. CLOSED SRC;;SION:
The Council then convened to closed session. Council Member Tolley cited a conflict of interest
regarding Agenda Item 2(a) and left the room. Council Member Lady arrived at 6:45 P.M.
Council Member Tolley returned at the conclusion of Item 2(a).
3. CLOSED SRC;;SION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
