SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 1997

SPECIAI~ CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady, Council
Members Runels, Fuller, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Larry Turner, 323 Nogu~ra Place, Arroyo Grande, urged the Council to pursue a regional
drainage solution for the Newsom Springs area.
2. CLOSED SE."SION:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to confer with its
real property negotiators, John Wallace and Craig Campbell, regarding their negotiation with
Grace Stillwell and James Dixson for interests in the following described real properties:
Lot 90 of Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal in the City of
Arroyo Grande as per Map recorded in Book A, Page 65, of Official Records of
San Luis Obispo County (Assessor's Parcel No. 07-711-0(3); and Lots 38 and 37
of Steele's resubdivision of part of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, and Bolsa de
Chamisal in the City of Arroyo Grande as per Map recorded in Book A, Page 63,
of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County (Assessor's Parcel No. 07-561-
004).
3. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
