RESOLUTION NO. 3766
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE MODIFYING THE DEVELOPMENT
IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.36.040 of the Municipal Code, the amount of
development impact fees shall be established by resolution adopted by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby intends to modify the development impact fee
schedule in order to implement Policy B.3-1 of the City's 2003 Housing Element regarding
fees for low and very low-income affordable housing units and to implement fees that
reflect the community's policy goals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
hereby adopts the fees and fee schedule set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference. This Resolution shall take effect sixty (60) days after
its adoption, per Government Code Section 66017.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Dickens, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Dickens, Lubin and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Costello
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 2004.
