j SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
! Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady, Council
} Members Runels, Fuller, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SR~STON:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to qiscuss the
following matters:
(a) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section
54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Rick TerBorch, Chief of Police
Represented Units: Service Employees' International Union (S.E.I.U.),
Local 620.
(b) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Anticipated Litigation:
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)
involving two (2) potential cases.
(c) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Litigation:
Case Name Unspecified: Disclosure would jeopardize existing settlement negotiations.
(d) PUBUC EMPLOYMENT pursuant to Government Code Section 54957:
- Affirmative Action
- Public Works Director
- Parks and Recreation Director
3. CLOSED SR~SION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
