RESOLUTION NO. 3764
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE SEmlNG FORTH
THE AMOUNT OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE'S UNDERGROUND UTILITY IN-LIEU FEE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted an Ordinance establishing an underground
utility in-lieu fee and providing for the setting of the in-lieu amount by resolution of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City has conducted a study to equitably establish the amount of
the underground utility in-lieu fee per linear foot, for underground utilities; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
1. The amount of the underground utility in-lieu fee for residentially zoned
subdivisions or developments shall be two hundred and thirty two
dollars ($232.00) per linear foot.
2. This Resolution shall take effect sixty (60) days after its adoption.
On the motion of Council Member Dickens, seconded by Council Member
Runels, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dickens, Runels, Lubin and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Costello
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 2004.
