SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady,
Council Members Rune/s, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were
present,
1, PUBLIC COMMENT:
The following persons addressed the Council regarding agenda item 2(b): Larry
Turner, Don Shultz, Polly Tullis, Otis Page and Grace Stillwell,

Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to
discuss the following matters (reading the description for item 2(b) in its entirety):
(a) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code
