SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M, Mayor Pro Tem Lady,
Council Members Runels, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were
present,
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None,
2, CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to
discuss the following matters:
(a) PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT PERFORMANCE EV ALUA TION pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957:
Title: City Manager
(b) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government. Code
Section 54957,6:
Agency Negotiator: Timothy J. Carmel, City Attorney
Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
3, RECONVENE TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P,M, to the regular City Council meeting,

Mayor Dougall announced that there was no reportable action from the closed
session,
