1. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Members Runels, Dickens, Costello,
City Manager Adams, and City Attorney Carmel were present. Mayor Pro Tem.Lubin was absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:

Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.

The meeting was adjoumed at 7:00 p.m.
