RESOLUTION NO. 3450
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS
EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2000-2001
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that the
Fiscal Year 2000-01 expenditure appropriation limit from tax proceeds is
$11,563,602, in accordance with Article XIIIB of the California Constitution
(Prop.4,8B1352).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this year's calculation is to include the
percentage change in California per capita personal income, rather than the
percentage change in the local assessment roll due to the addition of non-
residential new construction, as the price factor.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Dickens,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Dickens, Tolley, Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Lady
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of June 2000.
