RESOLUTION NO. 3455
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
RELATED TO THE PASEO STREET PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Security Agreement for improvements to Paseo
and Le Point Streets on July 11, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the subject improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby accept the following public improvements constructed for Paseo Street
Phases 1 and 2 the specific location of which is shown in Exhibit "An attached hereto and
incorporated herein:
1. Sewer main (770 lineal feet) and manhole in Paseo Street.
2. Road widening, curb and gutter and sidewalk along Highway 227,
including handicapped ramp,crossgutter and spandrel.
3. Road widening, curb & gutter and sidewalk along le Point Street.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Dickens, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Dickens, Tolley, and Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Lady
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of June 2000.
