RESOLUTION NO. 3859
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ' ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT 2306
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2306 on June 11, 2002;
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the Tract
2306 conditions of approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer will provide the 10% warranty security as required by the
Tract 2306 conditions of approval, by reduction of an existing security, to be released at
the conclusion of the warranty period, provided the improvements are still in satisfactory
condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the public improvements constructed for Tract 2306.
On motion of Council Member Dickens, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dickens, Arnold, Guthrie, and Mayor Pro Tern Costello
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Ferrara
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of June, 2005.
