RESOLUTION NO. 3862
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY TO
BE TRANSFERRED TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES
DISTRICT OF TEMPLETON CONSISTING OF ONE 1995
CHEVROLET SUBURBAN FIRE COMMAND VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban fire command
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Community Services District of Templeton has need for a command
vehicle for its Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, in past years, the City of Arroyo Grande has authorized the sale or transfer of
surplus emergency services vehicles to cities and other public agencies that had a need for
such equipment and limited financial resources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does declare the 1995 Chevrolet Suburban fire command vehicle as surplus; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the command vehicle be sold and transferred to the
Community Services District of Templeton for use by its Fire Department.
On motion of Council Member Dickens, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
