RESOLUTION NO. 3877
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF. ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF PARCEL
MAP AG 02-0446
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map AG 02-0446 on November 25,
2003; ..
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements as a condition of the
Parcel Map AG 02-0446 conditions of approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
Conditional Use Permit 03-001 and Parcel Map AG 02-0446 conditions of approval, to
be released at the conclusion of the warranty period, provided the improvements are
still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the public improvements constructed for Parcel Map AG
02-0446.
On motion of Council Member Arnold, seconded by Council Member Dickens, and by
. the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Arnold, Dickens, Guthrie, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of September,
2005.
