RESOLUTION NO. 3880
I' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE
POPLAR DRAINAGE BASIN EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map 00-007 on
March 5, 2002;
WHEREAS, the developer was conditioned to construct all improvements associated
with the Poplar Drainage Basin Expansion; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements as required; and,
WHEREAS, the improvements have been inspected and it has been determined that
the improvements arE1 substantially complete in accordance with the approved plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the improvements as constructed for the Poplar Drainage
Basin Expansion.
